Chris and Cassie will start running clinics the week of January 7. Clinics are FREE for Synergy members and $10 for non-members. We will run clinics during the following days/times:

Tuesday (Cassie)

All Skills 6:30-7:30

Hitting 7:30-8:30

Wednesday (Chris)

Passing/Defense 5:30-6:30

Setting 8:30-9:30

Cassie will run the Tuesday clinics while Chris will run the Wednesday clinics. Additional coaches will be available based on attendance.

You MUST register in advance to attend a clinic. You CANNOT participate in a clinic if you do not register in advance.

The Synergy Strength and Conditioning program will begin on Monday, February 5. The schedule will be as follows:

Monday 5:30-6:30
Monday 6:30-7:30
Tuesday 5:30-6:30
Tuesday 8:30-9:30
Thursday 4:30-5:30

The cost for the program is $250 for the season (ending in May). Payments can be made via check, credit card or cash at the gym. Please hand in payments to Chris or Chang.

The weight room area is also open to parents to use. The cost for parents is $60 for the year (ending December 31, 2018) or $10 per month. Parents can use the gym during practice times that do not conflict with the schedule above. Parents can submit payment to Chris or Chang.
